In December 2018, Doyle Salewski once again made a $5000 donation to the Petawawa Military Family Resource Centre (PMFRC). The PMFRC provides programming and services to support our military families. In particular, this donation will help some of the PMFRC’s respite childcare and children with special needs programs including those with emotional, mental, social or physical challenges from diverse financial backgrounds. PMFRC provides an adaptable environment that supports uniqueness and diversity, provides a safe environment, and recognizes age appropriateness. Programs are accessible to families with mild to moderate needs and allow children an opportunity to meet new friends, learn new skills and discover new interests all in a supportive environment. Doyle Salewski is also a member of Canada Company who supports military across Canada.

“I am very pleased to make this continuing annual donation to such an important organization.” said Paul Salewski; the vice-president and co-founder of Doyle Salewski visited the Lil Troopers daycare center in Petawawa to deliver the cheque personally. “The entire staff of Doyle Salewski thanks the members of the Canadian forces for all they do.”

In 2010, Doyle Salewski began supporting military families who are affected by unique socio-economic challenges: deployments, family separation, and relocation can create financial hardships and additional stress which is unique to military families. Doyle Salewski is a proud member of Canada Company, helping connect businesses and public leaders with the local military community. In the past 8 years Doyle Salewski has donated $40,000 to the PMFRC.
