Meet our team: Paul E. Salewski
Paul Salewski is executive vice-president and co-founder of Doyle Salewski Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and is also a chartered professional accountant, chartered accountant, certified insolvency and restructuring professional, Licensed Insolvency Trustee, and certified fraud examiner. With more than 30 years of financial advisory service experience, Paul is one of the most respected professionals in the business community.
Over the course of his career, Paul has managed many complex files leading to the reorganization, refinancing, and restructuring of significant commercial operations. While his in-depth knowledge and expertise span all aspects of financial issues, his preferred areas of practice are proposals under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act ( BIA ), the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), and asset sales resulting from court or private receivership appointments and negotiated agreements. As a former financial officer in the business area of high technology, Paul has specific interests in high-tech, real-estate, construction, and manufacturing.
